With over 20 years in customer service and 15+ years in telecommunications, Ben has built a strong foundation in legacy systems and communication solutions. As technology evolved, so did his expertise, expanding into UCaaS, CCaaS, and SaaS. In his current role, he focuses on onboarding, product evangelism, and supporting partner and customer success. Passionate about technology, Ben is committed to educating users and keeping them informed about the latest innovations. He also leads internal and external training initiatives, believing that better information drives better decisions.

Jonathan Proulx
Jonathan started at OneCloud as a Junior Support Technician and quickly rose through the ranks of our support department, thanks to his strong problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service. His hands-on experience working directly with customers gave him valuable insight into their needs and challenges. Now a OneCloud OneCloud Sales Engineer, he uses that knowledge to anticipate and support the needs of new customers, helping ensure a smooth and successful experience from the start.
