A Return Authorization (RA) number is Required on ALL returned merchandise, without exception.
Return Policy
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to OneCloud within 15 days of the invoice date (Non-DOA), (30 days for DOA returns), subject to the conditions and exclusions below.
If your original purchase included free items, you must return all associated items in order to receive a full refund; the retail value of any free items you keep, as well as any shipping charges, will be deducted from your refund. OneCloud can only refund your original purchase price—shipping fees are nonrefundable.
To Initiate a Return:
1. A return authorization number may be obtained by emailing Support@OneCloud.com or by calling our Support team at 800-921-9680 or Live Chat. Technical support for DOA items may be required before RA number is issued.
Please be prepared to provide the following return information when requesting an RA number:
1. Your original OneCloud invoice number the item was purchased on
2. Quantity of itens to be returned
3. Model number(s) of item(s) to be returned
4. Serial numbers (if applicable) of the item(s) to be returned
5. Reason for the return
2. OneCloud Tech Support will complete an RA form
RA number will be obtained after any applicable technical support has been provided
3. Pack, Pay, Label & Ship
Replace item(s) and invoice in original packaging. We recommend you ship using insured ground service with a tracking number. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.
*All return authorizations not received within 60 days of being issued will be cancelled.
*Please remove the battery from all electronic items before shipping (cordless telephone handsets)

Eligibility Conditions
Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, OneCloud reserves the right to refuse the return. Non-DOA items are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee. All returned non-DOA items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered, resalable box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, accompanying free items and accessories. The retail value of any free items you keep will be deducted from your reimbursement total. OneCloud can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Nonreturnable Items
- Opened Headsets—original packaging cannot be unsealed
- Opened computers and computer software — original packaging cannot be unsealed
- Electronic software downloads
- Opened consumable items
- Any hardware built or modified by OneCloud to customer specifications
- Select special-order merchandise, or any item indicated on the website as nonreturnable
Defective or Damaged Items
Defective items may be repaired, exchanged or refunded at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer’s equivalent model. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise. Return shipping fees for verified defective or damaged items will be reimbursed.
Advanced Replacements
All advanced replacements must be paid in advance. Once the defective item is received by OneCloud, a refund will be issued.
Manufacturer Warranties
If the item is found to be defective outside of the OneCloud 15 day return period, it will default to any warranty period offered by the manufacturer. Guidelines for these returns or exchanges vary by manufacturer.
Exchanges
Please allow 3-5 business days for mail-in exchanges to be processed.
Refunds & Credits
Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 days for credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way you made the original purchase. If payment was made by check, the refund check will be issued no sooner than 10 business days after the date of purchase. Please note we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
Limited Liability
OneCloud is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. OneCloud is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
Please note: any electronics containing user profile data must be either factory reset, or password unlocked before sending back to OneCloud for return.
